Each carving is sculpted out of a 300 pound crystal clear block of ice and is delicately hand carved into a master piece
by a Barbadian craftsman.
He has over 25 years experience and has been internationally trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
Our sculptures basically retain their formation between 4 to 6 hours depending on the location of the carving and temperature of the surroundings.
