The Company reserves the right to reject, refuse or remove any advertising units at its exclusive discretion if reasoned to be necessary. The Company provides no preference as to the spot of the placement or position of advertisements.  However in the case of the subject page becoming very long or the inclusion of a second subject page, suitable periodic rotation will take place.
4. Agency Commission: The entire rates referred to are net, not qualifying for any agency commissions. Any advertising agency employed by an advertiser, is entirely the responsibility of the advertiser for all payments and agency fees. The Company is not accountable for costs or payment connected with any advertising agency whose services are employed by the advertiser. The advertiser consents to assure, hold safe and uphold the Company for any claims for all/any costs alleged for the advertising sited under this covenant.
