Duane's career began with Estee Lauder where he trained and learned the basics. After winning "Store of the Year" for Estee Lauder, he gained significant recognition in the corporate cosmetic field.
Duane rapidly advanced and moved to Revlon where he was promoted to Training Director for Revlon/Fine Fragrances in New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area. He subsequently progressed to the title of World Artist for Revlon International with responsibility for many world regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.
Duane then traveled the fashion circuit through Milan, Paris, London, and Germany.
